1024 Club — LP cap and book project

TL;DR: 1024 is two things in Hussh's universe, intentionally tied: (1) the maximum number of LPs Fund A will ever admit, across all vehicles. (2) The Hussh 1024 Club — Founder Edition, a literary book project of 1,024 portraits of historically significant deceased humans across eight Cathedrals, published under the Aloha Press imprint as a complementary artifact to the fund.

Why 1024

Two compatible reasons:

1. It's a power of 2. $$2^{10} = 1024.$$ Engineering-native; legible to the technical-LP audience the fund is courting; also rhymes with the brand's protocol roots (PCHP).
2. It's small. 1,024 LPs is fewer than most boutique funds carry across their lifetime. The cap is a feature: an LP base that can be served by name, by hand, by relationship — not a CRM.

The compounding shape of the Aloha Flywheel does not need scale of investor count to work. It needs concentration of ownership and patient capital. 1,024 is the upper bound of "you can know everyone."

The cap in practice

• Across all current and future Fund A vehicles — combined LP count never exceeds 1,024.
• Once filled, additions require a redemption-out (queue, not first-come).
• Encoded as a constitutional provision in fund documentation.

The book — The Hussh 1024 Club, Founder Edition

A literary portraits project. Not a who's-who. 1,024 historically significant deceased humans, written in a Robinson / Ondaatje voice, across eight Cathedrals (the canonical disciplines):

• Industrialists, inventors
• Statespersons, military leaders
• Philosophers, theologians
• Writers, poets, dramatists
• Athletes, explorers

Published under the Aloha Press imprint. The intent is a book that earns a permanent shelf — the kind of object a household keeps for generations. The economics are tied to the LP cap intentionally: the same 1,024 number governs both the LP base and the book run. A founding-edition LP receives a numbered copy.

Why the LP cap and the book are paired

A common LP pitch wins on numbers — IRR, AUM, returns. The Hussh 1024 Club pitch wins on relationship and artifact. Pairing the cap with the book makes that explicit: the LP base is small enough to be a club; the artifact is the club's emblem.

Production progress — Phase 2 (Cathedrals)

Status as of 2026-05-10. Phase 2 of the book — populating the eight Cathedrals with their Aces / Kings / Queens / Jacks per the Aces / Kings / Queens / Jacks tier metaphor — is in active production under the working file pattern Hushh_1024_Club_Phase2_Wave<N>.docx.

Cathedral of Builders (IV; Ace: Archimedes) is the active Cathedral as of this status update. Wave 23 (Jacks 1–25) and Wave 24 (Jacks 26–50) are both complete:

• Wave 23 — Jacks 1–25 of the Builders. Ancient architects through 19th-century: Hemiunu, Senenmut, Ictinus, Callicrates, Mnesicles, Dinocrates of Rhodes, Li Chun, Yu Hao, Li Jie, Ustad Ahmad Lahori, Ustad Isa, Mir Ali Tabrizi, Juan de Herrera, Inigo Jones, Nicholas Hawksmoor, John Vanbrugh, Francesco Borromini, Gian Lorenzo Bernini, Jules Hardouin-Mansart, Karl Friedrich Schinkel, John Nash, Joseph Paxton, Henri Labrouste, Charles Garnier. Editorial discipline notes. Bell's 1884 eugenic Memoir flagged as problematic. Marconi's 1938 Fascist racial laws signature and political associations given honest treatment. Ustad Isa portrait framed as representing the complexity of Mughal architectural attribution rather than asserting definitive authorship. The Robinson / Ondaatje voice and 350–500 word Jack-tier discipline holds across both Waves.
