Release Notes 2026-09-04
The week the team rebuilt the One experience: nine console agents, the rebuilt navigation, Tag One, the everything page, with the standing guards run on all of it before it shipped.
TL;DR: Shipped and verified in production: a week of team-built work - the 🤫 One experience redesigned around nine console agents, the navigation rebuilt, Tag One and the everything page polished - with every retired agent address redirected and the standing brand, copy, and iconography guards enforced on all of it.
Status as of 2026-09-04: see body.

Verified in production on 2026-09-04 at 02:33 UTC (46 shipped commits, Aug 27 through Sept 3; UAT 11 of 11 smoke checks, then promoted and verified live; the public scorecard holds at 100% after the ship).
Nine console agents, one tap away
The 🤫 One experience is redesigned around a small, deliberate household of agents: Finance, Wallet, Location, RIA, Gmail, Calendar, KYC, Memory, and Consent. The agents index and nine redesigned detail pages each open with an interactive stage, numbered capabilities, and the trust band naming who the agent answers to. The navigation now carries every agent, the app, and the first-time user guide in one menu. This work was built by the team by hand across the week.
No dead ends after the redesign
The redesign replaced the whole agent roster, and the nine previous agent pages were live and indexed. Every retired address now answers with a permanent redirect to the agents index, verified live, and a build-failing test keeps the site's redirect table from silently losing an entry again.
The guards ran on the whole week
Before the ship, the standing guards were run on all of it: decorative emoji became named monochrome icons, new em dashes became house punctuation with the copy baseline ratcheted 472 lower to lock the gain in, and the one test broken by the roster change was repaired to pin the live roster. The CI gate itself became a fan and now reports in about twelve minutes instead of forty.
