Last-Mile Pilot: Kirkland, Beverly Hills, and 🤫 Check-in at LAS
The public plan to bring 🤫 Agent One, Puppy One, and Tag One to Kirkland WA 98033 first, Beverly Hills 90210 next, with 🤫 Check-in at Las Vegas as a skip-the-line wedge.
TL;DR: Win Kirkland WA 98033 completely (all three products at the door), then Beverly Hills 90210, while running 🤫 Check-in at Las Vegas (LAS) as a skip-the-line acquisition wedge that is free for anyone who already pays for a qualifying subscription, redeemed at participating hotels on the 🤫 One Hotels & Entertainment Luxury Discreet Traveler Network.

The published, honest plan to bring 🤫 Agent One, 🤫 Puppy One, and 🤫 Tag One to real neighborhoods, one door at a time. The live version is at the last-mile pilot plan.
Honesty bar (applies throughout): Agent One is live and free. The last-mile partners, in-home installs, 🤫 Check-in, the participating-hotel network, the 🤫 Gold ID, and valet/room routing are the plan and roadmap, not signed deals. Apple One and Google One are third-party subscriptions describing eligibility, not partnership or endorsement. 🤫 Tag One is a safety and wellness wearable, not a medical device. Every share is consent-gated and written to a receipt only the owner can read.
The three first markets
- Kirkland, WA 98033 (first, the lighthouse). An affluent, tech-fluent lakeside community next to the Seattle tech corridor. Single-family homes make an in-home Puppy One install natural, early adopters live here, and a delighted street becomes the best sales team we could ask for. Lead with Puppy One plus Agent One in the home. Honest tradeoff: fewer year-round sunshine hours, so rooftop solar is a weaker part of the edge story here.
- Beverly Hills, 90210 (next, the marquee). One of the most recognized zip codes on earth, sunny (a better fit for the solar-edge story), and a market that expects the white-glove, concierge posture that 🤫 Customer Champions are built for. Proves the playbook travels. Honest tradeoff: higher electricity prices and real cooling needs, and privacy-sensitive residents mean consent and discretion must be flawless.
- 🤫 Check-in at Las Vegas / LAS (the wedge, in parallel). Millions land at LAS wanting one thing: get to the room and start the trip. Check-in turns that high-intent moment into an easy reason to get Agent One at the airport, check in before baggage claim, and skip the front-desk line entirely.
How 🤫 Check-in works
Land at LAS and grab Agent One at the airport. Check in to your hotel from the airport; your reservation and 🤫 Gold ID verify you. Ping the hotel's 🤫 Customer Champions on arrival, which quietly informs your driver or valet and readies your room. Agent One guides you to the right elevator, where hotel staff are waiting with your key cards. You walk straight to your room door. The front desk line never happened.
Free, if you already pay for a subscription. 🤫 Check-in is on us for anyone who already pays for a qualifying subscription: bring your Apple One, your Google One, or your own model subscription key. No new bill, just a perk on top of what you already own. Redeemed at participating hotels on the 🤫 One Hotels & Entertainment Luxury Discreet Traveler Network.
Build, buy, and sell together: the last-mile partner stack
We do not own the last mile alone. Partner archetypes and our intent (not signed deals): local install and smart-home integrators; neighborhood retail and pop-ups; telecom and edge network (including satellite for the garage and warehouse fleet); hardware and silicon; security and trust services; community and care organizations (chambers, HOAs, senior-care, farmers markets); and hospitality partners (hotels, property-management systems, valet and rideshare) for 🤫 Check-in.
The plan, phase by phase (realistic and optimistic)
- Phase 0 (weeks 0-6): stand up the first local install and retail partners in 98033, the 🤫 Customer Champions team, the consent and receipt flow, the first-time user guide, and the Tag One wellness-wearable safety review.
- Phase 1 (months 2-5): Kirkland 98033. Free Agent One for every resident who wants one, in-home Puppy One installs, Tag One for the people they love, and a neighbor-refers-neighbor loop. Realistic: hundreds of activated-and-retained households and referrals outpacing outreach. Optimistic: a street where most doors have a One.
- Phase 2 (months 5-9): Beverly Hills 90210. Repeat with a white-glove posture. Realistic: a second delighted cluster and a repeatable playbook. Optimistic: a marquee launch that makes owning your own agent aspirational.
- Wedge (parallel): 🤫 Check-in at LAS. Realistic: a working skip-the-line pilot with a first hotel partner. Optimistic: the reason people download Agent One before they land, in every hotel city.
How we keep score
Activated-and-retained households; neighbor referral coefficient; time to first value; Puppy One homes per street; Champions resolution and delight; and 🤫 Check-in minutes saved. We count delight and retention, not door-knocks. Registration is not adoption.
