The verse

Hussh is a personal agent that connects with the user, collects and organizes their information from the world, and makes it accessible to all trusted friends, agents, contacts, and machines 24/7/365.

Why it's called "verse #0"

This is the irreducible product description. Every other description — Personal Operating Layer, BYOA, three-layer architecture, PCHP, One/Kai/Nav — is a derivation, an explanation, or an architectural choice that follows from this verse. If a Hussh decision contradicts the verse, the decision is wrong. If a feature can't be derived from the verse, the feature isn't Hussh.

What each phrase commits to

  • "personal agent" — the unit of relationship. Not an app; not a service; not an assistant. A persistent agent the user owns.
  • "connects with the user" — identity-anchored. Phone number + email anchor; biometric-bound trust.
  • "collects and organizes their information from the world" — active aggregation of the user's data from external systems, not just storage of what the user types in. iBrokerage's Aha Moment is this clause made literal.
  • "makes it accessible" — the user is the owner of the access decision, not the gatekeeper of withholding. Default-deny dies here; the verse is default-helpful within consent.
  • "all trusted friends, agents, contacts, and machines" — the trust set is plural and includes both humans and machines. PCHP exists because of this clause.
  • "24/7/365" — always-on, latency-bound on the user's terms.

How verse #0 disciplines the product

  • It is the test for any candidate feature: does this serve verse #0?
  • It is the test for any partnership: does this respect verse #0?

  • Not a marketing tagline. The tagline arc is separate from the product thesis.
  • Not aspirational. It is an active product spec; everything Hussh ships should be derivable from it.
